Stayed Aug 1, 2025The townhouse is cute and spacious with appliances, games, toiletries and kitchen utensils. The grill was very dirty and partially worked which I did not report until we left. Florida does have bugs especially near water, but they do have an issue that needs a new exterminator. The community pool is unkept with no furniture to sit on.my husband enjoyed fishing out back and caught several fish.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025It was a lovely property that felt like a home. It was amply stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. They even provided things I didn't think to bring like an air fryer, garbage bags, laundry soap, spices, etc. Check in was easy and communication with the host was clear and concise. Would stay here again.

Stayed May 16, 2024The house is beautiful and roomy on tbe inside. Back porch with water view is amazing. Close to Disney and Crystal River. Would definitely recommend and will return if we have another trip to Florida
