Stayed Nov 14, 2025The house was generally fairly clean, we had to handwash all the dishes before we used them. However, when we pulled out the trundle bed there was mouse poop on it. We were in town to run different races including the Richmond marathon. When we returned to the house after the races there was a stale smell and the basement was full of water. There was no hot water (the water heater broke). The host did not send someone that day so we had no hot water for over half of our stay. The host has not offered to make the situation right and even asked us to let the plumber in (by that time we had left because there was no hot water).

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We had a great weekend stay. Check-in was super easy and parking was no problem. The house was comfortable and in a really cute neighborhood. Broad St, coffee shops and GWARbar right nearby!

Stayed May 1, 2025Enjoyed the home, it has a lot of character. The only thing not explained well is that the room with two twin beds is actually a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed, but the room is too small to pull the trundle all the way out. They did have wi-fi but it did not work upstairs in the bedroom with the king size bed. All in all we had a wonderful weekend.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The place had lots of room for our group of 8 for 6 days.Wasn't stocked with toilet paper. Dead batteries in the remotes. One small bath towel per person. Not really a place in for soap or shampoo in showers which caused water on floors. Highly recommend staying at the place for a week to get a feel as a guess at your property.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Good proximity to downtown and parking was readily available. House was well supplied. We had one issue with the upstairs AC upon arrival but the hosts were responsive and got maintenance out the very next day. Hosts were accommodating. Very pleasant stay for our business/ pleasure trip. Our 6yo loved the “circle stairs”.
