Stayed Sep 12, 2025This space is clean, private and compact. Entrance to unit is off rear alley, not Clay street. This made finding door a little tricky because map takes you to spot off W Clay St. Great location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, this place is exactly what we needed and we would stay there again.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Great communication. Clean. Free private parking was nice. I did not spend much time in the rental because I was in town for an event at the convention center, where I was the most of the time. The Convention Center was a 10 minute walk away. Next time I am in Richmond I would book here again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025This a very cute little space that was perfect for me traveling alone but could also work for a couple. Do note the bathroom is downstairs and bathroom with shower is upstairs. This was not a problem for me but if you have mobility issues or need to use bathroom several times in night it could be an issue. Host was communicative and helpful. I really loved spending time in the garden even if the storms made it a little wild.

Stayed Jun 16, 2021Amazing shower in an incredible space with private entrance in the heart of RVA. Reagan pays attention to all the details and offers everything you could need!! The body lotions and shower gels all smell so good too. Very quick to respond and takes care of everything with amazing speed. Stayed twice this month and can’t wait to go back!!!!!
