Cozy Two Bedroom Bungalow-
In walking distance to a great time

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy little bungalow located within walking distance of downtown Kannapolis. My husband and I brought my 90-year-old aunt and her daughter back to visit our old hometown and to meet up with some relatives still in the area. The house was a wonderful place for us gather and visit. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking a meal of any size. My husband and I especially loved the availability of the walking areas located downtown for our morning walks. The host was quick to respond to communication, and provided explicit directions for using the home.It was a great location for us, and we will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Kannapolis.

Wonderful and clean home. Great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the Towel City Tavern, good beer and food. Very convenient to so much! Would recommend this house!

This was a very cute little home! Two bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms great fixtures, all the kitchen items you could ever need. The host was very communicative check in instructions were clear and easy. We will have to stay again when the sauna and the hot tub are up and running. Of note the driveway essentially fits one car so if you have more than one person driving, you will need to park on the street. There is plenty of parking however!

The house was well set up, clean and close to downtown.

We were in town for a dance competition at AL Brown HS. The house was about a mile away from the venue. On down time from dancing, downtown was just a short walk which was a Godsend for 3 young non dancing siblings. We walked to the ball field, played on the playground and got ice cream. The house was clean and cute and felt like we were at home. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. We had a great weekend and would rent again if we have a comp here next year! Great stay. Home was as described. Actually was able stay a couple extra days!

Cute and clean property close to down town kannapolis. Plenty to eat and see when in town for an event. Easy check in and minimal asks for cleaning up on check out day. Highly recommend. It is a tight neighborhood so there was a little noise early in the mornings but nothing I would consider a bother unless you're very sensitive to noise.

The property was exactly as described. The host was very helpful and responded to us in a timely manner. Excellent location and in close proximity to Charlotte Motor Speedway. We were very comfortable and had all amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely recommend this property to couples or families who are looking to enjoy Kannapolis and the surrounding the area.
