Stayed Dec 19, 2024We had high hopes for this property. The pictures show a hot tub in the backyard which we were all very excited for. The hot tub would not go up over 95. We had to flip the breaker many times because the hot tub would flip the breaker off. Even once running, it never went up over 95. Very big disappointment.Additionally, smoke detectors kept going off in the house, although nothing was burning, and no one was smoking or burning any food. This resulted in multiple calls to the property manager, and also resulted in the fire department arriving once, and the fire department calling me to confirm they didn’t need to show up again. This was on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, which was very inconvenient. Property manager said that they would try to make it right and refund us some money. But of course, after we left, it has only been crickets from the property manager. No solution or compensation ever made for all of the troubles of dealing with the fire department at midnight on Christmas Eve, and then being woke up by the fire department again at 7 AM on Christmas morning. I wish we wouldn’t have stayed here, many other great places in the area. I would avoid this place in the future.
