Cozy townhouse 6 blocks from downtown Sandpoint. Quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Great stay at a great property. Super clean and well equipped. Quiet, family neighborhood that is close to town and nearby grocery stores. Very little required communication with Frank but when needed he was very responsive and ensured we had a nice experience in his well-maintained property. Would definitely stay here again!

The home is perfect for a longer stay like we had. The owner/manager, Frank is wonderful and I couldn't have asked for an easier experience while we were in town.

Exactly as presented in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Totally enjoyed my stay. A very reasonable price compared to others in the area. I will stay again with my group. It could comfortably fit 4 and up to 6 If 2 of them don't mind a couch.

It was great place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great house perfect for families. We loved that it had 3 bathrooms at an affordable price. It's also nice to have a dishwasher, washer and dryer.

We stayed here for a weekend and the location was perfect for us to get downtown, to the waterfront, and to The Sandpoint Festival. On a quiet street, close to everything, we appreciated the comforts of home and the proximity to maximize our weekend.

Frank's Vrbo was very clean in a great location with all the amenities in the description. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Plus, there was ample parking on the street. Frank responded quickly from the very beginning. Sandpoint had a heat wave, and Frank was poised to add an air conditioner if we wanted it. We didn't need it. But his offer demonstrates his commitment to making visitors' stays a great experience. Highly recommended!

The house was very well kept and maintained. The living room was generously set up and very comfortable for movies, games, or just socializing. The angle of the couches meant the TV wasn't the only possible attention focus. HVAC was free-standing, which meant it didn't quite keep up with the heat upstairs, but it cooled down enough by night to be comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was decent, but definitely missing a few staple items like a 2nd skillet, etc. The host, Frankie, was responsive to any concerns that came up, which was super helpful.

The unit had everything we needed. Clean and in good working order.
