You'll also be within walking distance of hiking and biking trails and the Frisco Bay Marina (one mile east) on the shores of Dillon Reservoir. For great winter and summer fun, you can visit the Frisco Adventure Park (two miles east) or hit the slopes at Copper Mountain (seven miles south), Breckenridge (nine miles south), or Keystone (12 miles east). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
