Stayed Jun 10, 2025The place was very clean, comfortable beds. All bathrooms are located upstairs. The gym could have used some cleaning but the amenities overall were great and location was good.

Stayed Aug 20, 2025Very close to USF-under 5 minutes if your gps takes you the back way. Many big stores and restaurants near by. Location of unit made for a seamless move in weekend.

Stayed Jul 9, 2024Townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean and exactly as described! The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had questions. It is 5 minute drive to Moffitt Cancer Center/USF. There is shopping and plenty of restaurants in the area, along with so many more activities!

Stayed Dec 6, 2023Clean and mostly quiet area. Very comfortable stay. Has a nice gym, grill area really nice. Would stay again. A little further to new Moffitt hospital than described.
