Overall nice home. Very small, no sitting area (there is a small table with stools in kitchen area but, no living space) and uneven floor. Very limited hot water for showers, two people were not able to shower with enough hot water. Can easily access downtown areas. Street parking can be a bit difficult to find a spot

The tiny house was perfect. It was clean and well appointed. It was easy to access. It is very close to a train line that takes you downtown quickly. The neighborhood was very pleasant.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Lots of local eateries, a park, and even The Mexican Heritage Art Museum within walking distance.

We stayed in this vrbo for 2 nights. It was a last minute trip, so we worried about getting responses back from the locations we were looking at. Sury was very helpful and answered all of questions. Booking was very easy, checking in was very easy. We were an hour early for check in because of the the time change and they were able to accommodate us and let us in early. Which was very much appreciated! We were also warned that there was only parking on the street and it is not promised to be in front of the house. When we got there, there was a spot in front of the house which made us happy and our car stayed there for the remainder of the trip. The apartment itself was small, but we knew that and it worked. It was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. The apartment was 15 minutes away from everything we needed, it was very convenient. The CTA train was in walking distance from the apartment, again very convenient. We walked the neighborhood and stopped at one of the bars on the way to the CTA and had no problems. People were friendly. We met a gentlemen that was a fiance to one of the owners and he also was very friendly and helpful. There was only 2 complaints we had about our stay and one were the sheets! After a long day the sheets were very worn and scratchy, not comfortable at all. And there was a musty smell. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, the day was quite nice. The location was less than 15 minutes from the main Chicago area. The house was small, but did not lack anything I was looking for. The host communicated promptly and efficiently.

The stay was great for a two night stay. Just enough for me and my spouse. The are was nice and clean and an outdoor lounge area. The only downfalls were parking at night and also the arrival instructions should include step for step instructions to enter through the side gate and walk up to the door instead of the street front door.

The check in process was overly difficult and there was no information included about the check-in proxess on the listing. It just said to contact the host for the details. The place was well maintained, but the hot water didn't work, information included about parking was inaccurate, and the A/C units had issues working. The area was very cute and the outdoor space was very nice.

Coming from Arizona, we felt right at home with a carniceria just a 3 minute walk away. Bus or train will get you anywhere you need to go in the city. We were in Chicago for a confrence at Mccormick Park. This was a 20 minute bus ride. Highly recommend if you are spending most of your time in the city.

We got all the help and instructions needed to easily find this clean, well-supplied apartment with lovely outdoor space attached. And with the Pink Line just a few minutes walk and The Loop just 6 stops away, it was the perfect home base for getting to all that Chicago has to offer!
