Cozy and neat with all the essentials! We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has all the tools you need for basic cooking, the shower gets nice and hot, and the beds were comfortable for us. Location so close to the park is great.

We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning. Communication was excellent could not have been better. Would recommend to anybody looking to go to this area of the country.

Very cozy and clean

Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks!

We needed a quick place to stay near Canaan Valley and this location was perfect! The unit was very clean, had all the amenities we would ever need and the check-in/checkout process was a breeze!

Quick one night stay. Check in was easy. Beds and couch were comfy. Back patio was perfect for 3 enjoying the cool spring night. A quick walk to BWF. Loved it all.

This area is truly special if you are a nature lover!!! Great hiking and biking! Purple fiddle and all the cool art we're the cherry on top!

About a mile to Blackwater Falls and about the same to town. Very close to the gas station and a pizza place. The unit has everything you need, but if there’s anything you forgot, you aren’t far from the grocery store and a Dollar General! Great communication with the owner and her local person. Might be cozy for more than 2 people, but it was a nice place to stay.

The house was clean, well stocked close to the trail and quiet also there a store/gas station within walking distance. Plan on coming back

Cute little place! Easy to access and short drive into Davis and Thomas. It snowed very hard our first night there, so the parking lot was a bit tricky to navigate in the snow as it wasn’t plowed, but otherwise an enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay even got surprised with a few inches of fresh snow! The place was well equipped and felt cozy. Host was responsive and helpful, would stay again

This property was in a great location for exploring all the beautiful nearby nature - Blackwater Falls, Dolly Sods, and Canaan Valley were all very close by.

In town with close access to state park was ideal for our stay.

Place was very clean and was exactly what my wife and I needed for the time we spent there. Very pleased with how easy the landlord made everything was a very enjoyable trip.

Nice space for two. We found the bed very comfortable, the streaming setup worked perfectly and was great to have. Wi-Fi was flawless and fast. Nice AC unit as well. Great location, quiet and right on the doorstep of Blackwater and Davis, and just 2 miles to Thomas. Location is great because of the proximity to the restaurants; Ish (at The Billy Motel) is literally just across the road.

For our quick little get away the place was perfect. Someplace to lay our heads and make a simple meal after a long day of site seeing.

We needed a place to make meals and sleep while going out during the day to enjoy outdoor activities. There were so many places to be able to visit with beautiful scenery within minutes! The kitchen was well stocked to pull meals together and the bed was comfortable. Games to play with in the evening. Host was accommodating! Perfect for the two of us!

The loft was great. Very clean and located in a very convenient location.

We were pleased with the stay and the fact that it was exactly as listed for our overnight through Blackwater Falls.
