️ Extreme heat advisory – Tucson summers can be intense. The AC system is designed for comfort but may take extra time to cool on very hot days.

Free parking – Two spots out front plus a spacious rear alley that fits large vehicles or RVs.

This home maintains a strict pet‑free environment to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
