Cozy Sugar Ski - 4 Ensuites, Extremely close to Slopes, Tubing, and Ice Skating!

Unit is ideal for skiers. Located across the street from the lift. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The host was excellent in his communication and desires to make our trip wonderful

Listing is not as accurate as website entailed. Property is in serious need of updating and renovations. Upon arrival there were spiderwebs in the entryway. The smell in the home was UNBEARABLE!!!! Even after buying disinfectant and air freshener the smell still lingered. When I reached out to the host we were advised to open the doors and windows however there were no screens to prevent bugs from entering. Host never responded when I stated that. Cleanliness- this was very upsetting. There were stains on the decorative pillows in the living area and the downstairs bedding which looked very old and unclean. Raised all concerns with the host however the issues weren’t resolved. Requested fresh linen the day of check in and received the following day but it was left on the porch unbagged. Communication with the host could have been better. He did respond just not quick enough to our liking. There was limited supplies in which we contacted to locate however we were only supplied with 1 TRASH BAG!!! Granted a message stated for lengthy stays bring additional but to only be provided 1 is outrageous. The hosts remarks was it’s a vacation home and we should have provided what we needed. I explained I have stayed at numerous of vacation homes and have never encountered such an experience. Nevertheless moving along. There was a damaged ceiling in the classified gameroom, a hole in a door in the basement all the owner acknowledged knowing about. There was electrical shorts in the bedro

This trip was a family trip after our son passed away two years ago in October 2022 this was the first time we’ve had all the family together since then this was gonna be Christmas celebration and a celebration of life plus our grandson was 11 on the 15th First of all. I emailed the host and asked if everything was ready he said yes we got there needless to say the resort had a main water break. That’s fine. They can’t control that and we understand but the host was literally rude and mean I asked him. How happy would he be with the situation? He replied I didn’t ask if he was happy, I also have pictures of the house. The listing said that had 4 1/2 bath it did not it only had four each room had its own bathroom. Needless to say you can only take one bath at a time because there was no water pressure second the listing also said it had a hot tub. There was no hot tub in the resort or on the House Third I have pictures of holes and two different doors. Also, I have pictures of us sweeping off the back deck that my one year-old grandson stepped on a 3 inch nail luckily it did not cut him bad because it was on its side.

Well decorated and updated. Roomy and comfortable. Host had great communication. Very much enjoyed stay! Will stay here again!

Great location for walking to easy street lift. Nice place. My only recommendation is bring ear plugs for when snow blowers are on at tubing spot if you are a light sleeper because you can hear the noise a bit in the bedrooms.

The location was ideal as it was a short walk to purchase slope tickets. Levi was more than helpful and reached out several times just to check on us. I have never had another host do that and it was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay again.

Minus a couple of minor issues our overall experience was really good. Everyone loved being right across the street from the ski resort and the rental property was clean and comfortable. My family and I would stay here again.
