My family and I had a great stay at this rental home. The home is fairly new and had everything we needed.

It suited us. It was very clean. It was cool - I will say the air blows really hard in the living room. I didn’t want to change the thermostat - but it was a little uncomfortable on the couch. My only other thing was that it sleeps 8 but there are only dishes for 4. We didn’t end up cooking but there isn’t a lot of cooking things either. And only 4 coffee cups?? We did a lot of sharing haha. Overall a good stay and the location was great!!!

House was delightful, comfy, in a great location and had everything we needed. Kellie was responsive and friendly. If we go back to College Station again, we will definitely go back to this property.

Nice house, easy process

Great place with great space! We were very comfortable and it was a peaceful neighborhood- a pro to the location is the HEB is close and u are away from the hustle and bustle on game weekend- a con to the location is it’s a bit far from the hustle and bustle too if you are into that!!! Loved it and would stay again!

I can’t say enough of how great this was. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Host was fantastic and very accommodating for our needs. Would highly recommend for a great football weekend in Aggieland!

I would like to say the property was extremely beautiful and well maintained. My top priority is always having the essential needs for a home stay and cleanliness and at this property those were both exceptional. Also the neighborhood is nice and quiet for the most part. I would highly recommend this stay. The only downside I had was the parking, it is very tight and we met at the property as a family and not all of our cars fit (4) and you can’t park on the street. There is a garage but it’s small so only compact cars fit.

Lovely home and neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay very much! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this one and would stay here again. Only issue was the dog next door that barked late at night and early in the morning.
