The beautiful historic Rose District is less than 1 mile away with all its shopping, restaurants, and cafes! You are 2 minutes from the Broken Arrow Expressway, and 15 minutes from the airport or downtown Tulsa. You will feel safe, cozy, and relaxed here! Enjoy the peaceful back-yard which backs up to a green horse pasture.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom home with 1.5 baths. There is a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. There's also a pack-n-play and highchair. The kitchen and living room is all open and ready to entertain a family or a group. Each gathering area in the kitchen, living room, and back patio seats 6-7 guests. There's also a soft hot-tub, grill, and patio furniture on the back porch. You're welcome to use the laundry machine and dryer, and the office desk area.
