Cozy- SPIRE, Winery Tours, GOTL, Beach

Host was welcoming and accommodating.

First time staying in a old house. The big yard was nice for my two fur babies. The upstairs got really hot. The window was a little freaky considering it was facing the road and when you take a shower, you can see your silhouette from the window in the shower. The basement was very scary. Maybe need to add a game room down there. Make it a little homey. Then windows downstairs needs more curtains.

Just three girls hanging out and visiting the are some of us for the first time. Enjoyed ourselves. Had a great time and the house was very nice. The air conditioning unit might need checked it made some strange noises a few times. Thanks again

Nice getaway, clean, organized, and close to major attractions

Loved the location of this property. Close to the strip and state park. House was very accommodating. Kids loved having a large yard to run and play. Plenty of room inside and beds were comfortable. We did enjoy having a TV in each room - allowing everyone to have relaxing time in their own space.

Other than rain most of the week it was good. Host very good and house was homey. Spent most of the week indoors

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little get-a-way. We were here for a wedding and needed an early check-in due to my health. Our request was granted with no problem. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and everything was as represented in the listing. The only possible addition I would make is to have a full-length mirror in each bedroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Spent the weekend checking out the wineries! Loved how close this space was to the freeway and all the local spots!

The house was cozy and quiet, just perfect for our needs. It was so nice having 3 queen beds and space for us to sprawl out a bit after being at a volleyball tournament for 7-8 hours. It had everything we needed and hopefully the next time we need to come to Geneva we will be able to stay again.

My husband and I were in town to attend our son’s meet at the Spire Institute. The location of this house was absolutely perfect and our host was wonderful!

Everything was Excellent except the ICY Sheets/Patches in front of the garage and sidewalks, making it difficult to use the back entrance.

Place was vert nice and conveniently located to our wedding venue as well as lots of wineries to visit on our off day. Would definitely stay there again

The space and location was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed and the fire pit was a bonus that we enjoyed very much! We loved Ashtabula and GOTL. We would stay here again. Peggy

The property was lovely and perfect for out short trip. The neighborhood is quiet. I would stay here again. The following are opportunities for improvement * check windows. About 50% were unlocked near the group floor and we alone the first coupke days (scary) * there are no locks on the bedroom or bathroom door. This was fine since it was just family but would have been an issue with friends or friends of frienda. * the sliding door and window over the kitchen sink needs better coverage. It was like being in a fish bowl and we covered them up with blankets.

We rented this VRBO for a couples/friends getaway in wine country. The place was clean and served our needs for our weekend getaway. We also utilized this rentals discount for the wine tour bus through GoGeneva. Was a nice perk to the rental! Definitely recommend for an affordable trip to wine country.!

The house was perfect for what i was looking for. Had plenty of parking, nice back yard for chilling outside, had surrounding trees for privacy. Perfect for 3 person fishing crew. Close to boat ramp, and couple different options for meals..just what i was looking for

We had a wonderful stay at the house while attending a Spire swim camp. Perfect location and owner was responsive and thoughtful with every interaction. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and great for our stay! It was central to all the wineries, which is why we were there. The only thing that I would suggest would be to put full length mirrors in each of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was the perfect place to stay! Very cute and cozy!!

Nice place to stay. House was located within easy traveling distance of spa, shopping and the lake.
