The owner advertised this property via VRBO and had no clue that it's listed on Expedia, so our visit was total surprise for him. We never got any instructions how to get inside, where to park, what entrance to use. When we arrived I tried to call him, the lady who answered said that she no longer work for the owner and texted me his number. Long story short, he explained to me how to get inside the correct unit (there are 3 units on the property). After that our 3 nights stay was a breeze, it's clean, in good condition, has gas fireplace, huge windows to let the sun inside, huge shower for 2, big TV. We had excellent time there, but they need to work on communication part.

I was in helena for a conference. Being able to retreat to this house was amazing. Great little spot for a night or two. The double shower head was wonderful surprise.

This was our second stay at this wonderful suite. Love the location close to downtown Helena, bakery, restaurants, etc. Clean, comfortable, great shower, in room Kerig coffee maker, king bed, etc... We will be back.

The bed was very soft. We didn't sleep well. Nor could we get out of the bed easilySunday the AC fliped a breaker leaving the room very hot. I called the phone number left in the welcome book. No answer. No call back. I contacted a HVAC person and we figured out a reset button. This morning the toilet wouldn't flush cause no water in tank. I left a note. When I rented it i was under the impression that it had a kitchen . Only small fridge and microwave.

We were so excited to have a comfy king bed in a room with AC and two parking spots. The bathroom was very clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, well equipped, and I felt safe during my stay. Plenty of restaurants available within walking distance. My host responded promptly to any questions I had which were minimal. I would definitely stay here again on future visits.

Clean & pleasantly quiet at night in spite of being walking distance from downtown & Carroll College. May we suggest tall glasses for my iced coffee drinks when we come back in the future?

Everything about the check-in, check-out process was easy, the location was very walkable and everything was clean.

Clean, well-maintained studio - was quite comfortable for a 2-night stay. Some road/adjacent unit noise, but I slept just fine with some white noise on my phone. Has a coffee maker, microwave and fridge, no stove or oven if you need more kitchen amenities. But worked just fine for me! Bathroom was large, well-lit and immaculate. Check-in/out was easy, good communication throughout.

this was a room off of a main house. it has a separate entrance. it was nicely furnished and clean. it faces a busy street and there was a lot of street noise. the guests in the house were noisy and used the patio outside the window of the guest room, which was noisy. they also had a barky dog. overall, i would opt to stay in a quieter area over this location

This was a great place to stay, everything one was clean and tidy. The house is right next to downtown and everything is within walking distance. The bed was super comfortable as well.

Ditch the hotel stay across the road and stay here! It’s gorgeous and beautifully decorated. It is attached to another house but we have always rented both. It’s absolute perfection. 10/10

BEST VRBO we have stayed at to date!!! The location was perfect for the things we were in Helena for. The bed was the comfiest we have been in. The owner/manager was very quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. The property was very clean. Parking, a map of the city, and suggestions for eating and activities close by. Loved it all!

We loved this lovely studio apartment! Comfy sitting space, glorious shower, beautifully clean. Easy walking distance to the Saturday Farmer's Market, a bit farther (but still not hard) to Last Chance Gulch walking mall. Nice off-street parking. Would stay again!
