I didn’t have the opportunity to bring a pet this time, but the house is definitely pet friendly.

Great stay in Philly! The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Kenyatta is a super responsive host. We appreciated her help during the stay (and before). We would definitely book here again.

Very clean house and easy walking distance to Aldi for groceries and some nice restaurants. Host was very communicative and responded quickly. They even checked in with me mid stay to make sure everything was ok which I thought was very nice.

Nice place

I surprised my 7 year old and my mom with a trip to Philly. After extensive research I selected this home and it was the biggest blessing! I checked all the crime reports, location of public transportation, the distance to old Philly and more importantly- Citizen Park. This place checked all my boxes! The neighbors always gretted us w a smile, it wad so easy getting to and from the stadium, the host was so unbelievably kind and the house had everything we needed and more! The house was very spacious, check-in was very easy and check-out was amazing. The host worked with us on a later check out to accomodate our flight. No one does that. We can't wait to go back! Thank you again!

Property offered simple comfort and home base for various excursions. 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Citizens Bank Arena (and casino) and a broad spectrum of dining options. I would plan to visit the Cozy South Philadelphia Home when my travels take me to the Philly.

While staying in the city for a convention, we found the location very convenient. While there is no actual parking for the house, each night we found parking close. It was a nice neighborhood, and the neighbors were friendly. We found using an Uber for runs to restaurants was very convenient as well.

The house was perfect for our needs for this trip. The host was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do!

Thanks for the complimentary water in the fridge. We enjoyed our stay. It was 4-5 blocks from the Broad Street line which we utilized for the sports complex and center city. It was hot while we were there, but the cooling systems were sufficient to keep us comfortable.

The property was warm and inviting! The owner was very communicative and got back to me with my questions in a timely manner. The Keurig didn't work but the owner brought a new one later in the same day. I’d recommend staying here:)

This Row house's location is great. Close to the airport, Citizens Banks Park, downtown, and some great Philly cheesesteak locations. We had a rental car and parking was a little hard, but very doable. Since we went during the summer months, an AC unit in the rooms is very helpful. Kenyatta responded quick to a door locking situation that was our fault. We'd stay here again!

Home conveniently located near public transportation and great food options. I definitely recommend using public transportation during your stay and even maybe to arrive/leave. The very narrow streets offers limited parking options, but that isn’t uncommon for Philadelphia. Host was very communicative and offered great dining options in the area. Home has charm and was comfortable for our weekend stay.
