Cozy South Carolina Retreat w/ Patio & Fireplace!

We felt welcomed long before we even arrived, thanks to Stefani’s prompt and friendly communication in the days leading up to check‑in. Every question was answered, and the instructions were clear. We had zero issues during our stay, even while being snowed in. Everything functioned perfectly, and the home was spotless.The photos show a beautiful property, but they truly don’t do it justice. The home is incredibly spacious, has a wonderful layout, and did I mention how clean it was? You can tell this home is genuinely cared for.To top it off, there was still a bit of ice outside on our checkout day, and they kindly allowed us a later checkout to ensure our safety. That level of courtesy meant so much.We will absolutely book again (and again!). I was in town for the Book Warehouse Outlet sale and plan to come three times a year. This will be my go‑to place.Thank you all so very much for your hospitality.

Thank you for the opportunity to lodge.Please be aware that there is a distinct odor in the house that we think comes through the vents from the HVAC unit. This is an educated guess, but we are not certain of the source. It is quite strong.Also, it may make for a more secure-feeling experience if window treatments were added to the sliding door leading to the patio.

The house is spacious and clean in a nice neighborhood.Large main bedroom suite. The decorations for the fall made the house festive and feel like home away from home.

Kitchen was well stocked. Beds very comfortable.

Stay was fine. Signs of penalty if outdoor furniture left uncovered. It was uncovered when we arrived. No corkscrew. One large pot. Oven smoked so we couldn’t use it. Light over bath in master bath was burnt out. Communication while there was prompt. It was clean. Barely any blankets. Nice space and nice location. Communication before visit was awful. After 3 days with no response to a question I went in search of another way to contact. Reached someone at the management company and received an answer. And then finally received a email response but it was a different answer. Had to call back to clarify.

Beautiful home. Having my 84 year old dad ,who uses a walker with us. The home was very accessible. Very comfortable

The house was clean and comfortable! The bed pillows were great! The couch was sooooo comfy - to the point that I want to find one for home! :-) Super easy check in and check out. The only complaint is that the front door lock, whenever we left the house, was a bit of a pain. Maybe it was user error, but we found that once we exited the house, we had to unlock the keypad before we locked the door. There were no instructions for this... so it was some trial and error the first couple times we left. :-)

Husband and I stayed with extended family visiting for Furman Univ freshman orientation. A lovely, clean, spacious home with a split bedroom plan (yaay!), easy-to-use SmartTV (yaay!) and generous amenities. Four adults were extremely comfortable with plenty of privacy; home is roomier than pictures depict. Stefani is a spectacular communicator and responded immediately to my few questions. This little suburb in NW Greenville was quiet and safe; just a 15 minute drive (tops!) to downtown and 5 minutes to Furman. Highly recommended location.

This home was excellent and met our needs

This home was a great place to stay. It is in a nice neighborhood. We had to extend our stay due to a family emergency in Greenville and the process to do so was very easy, which we greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Would try to stay here again if I had to come back to Greenville.

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was lovely. The close proximity to downtown was perfect for the weekend celebration.

Lovely home with everything we needed. Very responsive to needs and requests when we had them.

One of the best we’ve had. Very comfortable and convenient. Relatively new construction in a very nice neighborhood. I would rate this a value added property in a very safe location. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and we would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this place was absolutely amazing! From the moment walking in the door everything was even better in person. The house was super cozy with nice decorations and very spacious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone. The location was perfect as well, in a nice neighborhood.

The home was comfortable and inviting! We enjoyed our stay there very much. It was close to all of our scheduled events. Suggest not requiring guests to strip beds since a clean up fee charged

Lovely, well kept home and certainly convenient to Greenville and surroundings. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials for light cooking. The bathrooms had plenty of towels along with shampoo, conditioner, and body-wash soap in the showers. There was also a patio in back that was nice to sit early mornings or later in the evenings. Our only negative would be the Roku TVs which were somewhat confusing to operate and limited instructions. However this certainly wasn’t a huge upset to our stay!All in all a truly enjoyable experience!

Great neighborhood, nice house, and good location!

Everything was as advertised, property was quiet and clean. All the little extras were included so you feel right at home. Really loved the seasonal fall decor!

Our stay was great. The house was cozy, clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. The neighborhood was walkable and so nice. This was close enough to all the places we needed to go within about 15-20min. Very responsive owners and helpful.

Great home in suburban location. Close to nature parks and hiking trails. The home had everything we needed for a weekend family trip! Great communication, easy access, no drama. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks
