Stayed Nov 28, 2025great place for family an privacy , an amazing host were very helpful , place does need some upgrades like shower heads were no good an water stayed hot maybe 10 mins , Toilet seat was broke but other then that was great ,

Stayed Oct 6, 2024House was nice as well the neighborhood. We had small issues with toilets and water but, Maria and her husband were very nice and helpful on fixing the problems right way. Definitely I will stay there again. Thank you Maria for all the help you gave us with information about everything while we stayed in Cancun.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This house was perfect for our stay. After long days out it was great to get back and take a quick dip in the pool. Location is great. Near hotel zone and cute little park across the way. The owner was awesome and met us early because of our arrival time and showed us everything the house has to offer.

Stayed Jun 25, 2018This property was perfect for us. We had supermarkets close to us, accessibility to restaurants and shopping. The owners are wonderful and attentive to the needs of the renters. Only remark is the washer does not work as expected, so make sure you are prepared for that. The kitchen comes loaded with accessories you may need, whether you are have a full meal or snacks! Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was clean as well as the changes of bed, free of mosquitoes, the bathrooms very well, as well as the kitchen, perfect to feel at home, likewise they provided us with things that we might need to go to the beach like chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even medicine, super comfortable mattresses
