The Space:

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is two king-sized bed and one queen. The rooms are spacious with great natural lighting. The quaint San Marco area centers on its leafy namesake square, a lively hub with indie boutiques and casual eateries serving brunch, pizza and ice cream. Chic bistros and trendy bars dot surrounding streets.

The Neighborhood:

San Marco is a neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida, south of Downtown across the St. Johns River. The neighborhood was formerly the independent city of South Jacksonville until it was annexed by Jacksonville in 1932. The neighborhood is primarily residential, with an integrated commercial sector known as San Marco Square.



Getting Around:

This home has great walkability to a lot of bars, restaurants and other activities. However if you are wanting to go a little further Uber is always available and parking is free in most areas.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.



We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.



*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.



The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):



1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50



1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100



2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200



These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.



REFUND DISCLAIMER:

Please note that if a refund is issued for your booking, the processing fee of 3.9% will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3.9% processing fee per Stripe’s return policy. This applies to direct bookings and bookings made through VRBO. Thank you for your understanding.



●No cats allowed.

●No garage access. For liability reasons, per our insurance we must keep the garage doors closed. Why you may ask In the past year we have had garage doors ran into, hit by trucks, fall off the tracks, and even our garage door motor knocked off the ceiling by a vehicle. Each time is generally a $1500+ fix.

● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.

● Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.

● Please no smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front

patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. (smoke is really hard to get out)

● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.

● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to

departure.

● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.

●Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.

● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.

● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’

discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility

for the consumables.

● Please do not rearrange the furniture.

● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or

maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate

event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY

IMMEDIATELY.

● NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY

We are available 24/7. Fast responses during the regular business hours/night. After 10 PM EST some responses will be answered ASAP or first thing in the morning.

    This location is ideal and the house is super cute with all the amenities you need. We stayed here for a business trip and it was perfect for our needs. I made an error when booking and booked the wrong dates - arrived at the airport and realized the error. Made a quick phone call to VRBO who gave me the contact number of the host and they were kind enough to change the dates. No hassle at all. I will definitely stay here again when in Jax.

    Nothing too fancy. AC was a blessing for us northerners. Good location to stores and shops and the venue for graduation. House is older, but well kept. The ice dispenser in the fridge wasn't working, but you could still get the ice from inside.

    3 of us came to visit our friend, who works for Jumbo Shrimp. Proximity to downtown, nearby food and stadium was excellent. Only downside is the untimely trains. But nothing they could do about this.

    Everything was lovely and easy. The hosts checked in to make sure everything was going well. The house has a lot of character and it's in a great location! Would definitely stay there again.
