Our family welcomes yours to our 1930s Montana lake cabin. Though rustic and cozy it provides many amenities; including 2 RV power hookups.
Enjoy lake time at Placid! Away from the other crowded lakes but only about 10 minutes from Seeley Lake. Minutes from the state park boat launch.
Area is great for hunting, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and countless other outdoor activities.

Stayed May 23, 2025very nice. Worked well with our itinerary.The beds were very comfortable.There was a little of a sewer like smell when first entering the cabin. The top bolt lock on the door did not engage the receiver at the jamb. It was miss-aligned. The back door was a little odd and didn't really have a way to lock securely. The fireplace was not operating and the small electric heaters worked well after getting the knack of using them. Thank you for making the cabin available for us. Overall it worked out perfect for us.

Stayed Aug 23, 2023We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Excellent amenities- was clean, had plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies, great dock for our boat, very nice fishing boat for us to use, great fire pit, etc. We have no complaints!
