Cozy Royal Oak 2 Bdrm 5 min to RO/DET + FULLY STOCKED

Great location. Royal Oak is lovely and the drive in and out of Detroit was quick and easy. Everything clean and beds very comfortable.

Nice. Exactly as pictured. Only thing to note was that there were no bathrooms/bedrooms on the first floor. I would stay again.

My stay was short but exactly what I needed. The property was centrally located, making it convenient to get around. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Perfect spot for a quick visit back home.

Our stay was perfect for 2 couples. Close to Detroit, but Royal Oak also has enough to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here instead of a hotel in downtown Detroit. Short Uber to town. Pictures differed slightly from the listing (couch, living room lighting) but overall pleased with the accommodations. Very clean.

Overall it was a good stay. A few things to mention, the couch is different as pictured. The chair and couch we had were not very comfortable. As another reviewer stated the lighting in the dining and living room needs to be better. Too much bright light in the dining room and not enough in the living room. Our last 2 days were gorgeous and we wanted to open the windows but they were either broken or the screens were. The one bathroom is upstairs (not a complaint just a note). The beds and rooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and even shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower.

Had a great stay at this property! It was quiet & centrally located. The owner made sure we had everything we needed! Beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Loved the easy access to the rental! It was a great stay!

Highly recommend this property for small groups who are interested in being within a short walk of DT Royal Oak. The photos were accurate, the home was very clean, and it was very quiet setting. Had a really nice stay.

Nice to close the downtown we’re on fourth bike trail. Walk Trail really cool neighborhood.

Just minutes from downtown and about 20 minutes to Detroit. Fabulous neighborhood, i really enjoyed my stay. Hoping to visit again.
