Stayed Jan 1, 2026The place looked great, and was clean. Nice shower. We could have used a few more towels. Plenty of parking. It seemed to be close to the beach but we were too busy to check that out. I thought it was a 3 bedroom place, but it's only two.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Very conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and the places we did bioluminescence kayaking. Three couples stayed in the place very comfortably. Had a little trouble with some housekeeping stuff when we first checked in but the property manager came over immediately and took care of it.
