Stayed Apr 27, 2024The listing says recently updated which was why we booked. Although a decent property, nothing other than decor that was recently updated. Rust in bathrooms, old wall hairdryers, only 1 working& doorknob falling off. Communication was terrible. The check in message said we could drive to the gate to check in. That was not true, all check ins are at the front desk of the resort. When we arrived, we had no internet or Tv. I called the number given in the check in message as well as the number given to me at the front desk. No one answered or returned my call. After some time, I texted and received a reply. I was able to locate the router and reset it for internet. I texted the number that the issue was resolved, but the next day a different number texted me again asking about the internet. I explained the internet was fixed but the bathroom doorknob downstairs was falling off and asked that it be repaired. I gave permission for them to enter to fix the doorknob, but they never came. The next day someone texted me about the doorknob again saying they could fix it but asking permission to enter again. I was annoyed about the lack of communication and professionalism, and I ignored the message as I didn’t want bothered. They however decided to enter the rental anyway. Although they fixed the knob, I didn’t appreciate them not coming the day prior when we discussed. Very unprofessional to assume they could come whenever the next day without getting permission again.
