Great location and cozy home. Perfect for work trips and wanting to stay quite. GREAT AC! - Charles David, June 2025
>We loved staying in the casita. It was exactly as described BUT way bigger than we expected. It was very comfortable and we didn’t feel cramped at all like you might expect of a casita. Furniture including the bed very comfy. - Tammie, March 2025

When I rent a VRBO I expect the comforts of home that is clean, air conditioning, wi-fi and television. The place is clean and nicely decorated is ALL that I can say. There were lots of towels and amenities. When we reported there was NO hot water, their response was “The owner says it just takes a while for the heater from the main house to run to the Casita and that you have to let it run for a while. Have you tried waiting a while after you turn it on?” We left on for 5 min and was luke warm at best. The air conditioning was locked and we were unable to set to a comfortable temperature. It was set at 80 degrees and was quite warm. The wi-fi is not working and therefore television is not working. We had to meet the IT Ninja repairman around 4:30 pm (he is the owner’s son-in-law). He had to leave to get a new router and will be back and we will not be there. There is a neighborhood dog barking non-stop. So overall not a good visit for us. I was reluctant to give less than favorable review but I would want to know.
