Cozy, Quiet, Couples or Singles Mountain Retreat in Beautiful Canaan Valley!

This place was the best we’ve stayed at in Davis. We come here 8-10 weekends per year. It was perfect for our family of 3. It was nicely appointed and there were little thoughtful things throughout the place like extra soft blankets and outlet extensions with USB-C, USB and extra outlets. We would definitely rent this place again.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for our trip, making it easy to get around while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Megan was a great host: responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Beautifully maintained condo! Our favorite in Davis so far!

The condo was perfect for my husband and me. We enjoyed our four days away for some much needed rest and relaxation. The condo had everything we needed right down to the hair diffuser for my naturally curly hair! We even fought over the most cozy blanket while watching TV after our days of hiking :)

Ver clean property and overall accommodation were excellent.location for biking and hiking is ideal.

It was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay after a day on the slopes.I grew up skiing, and it was a special moment to teach my kids how to snowboard for the first time. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to the resort. The warmth of the home was exactly what we needed after a day in the snow. The owners truly thought of every detail, creating a space that was both practical and inviting.Highly recommend this place for any small family/couple looking for a stress-free and memorable winter getaway!

We arrived after dark but there were lights to greet us. The fireplace was cozy and warm as was the condo! We don’t usually watch television but did enjoy some British shows! We had hoped to see the full moon and stars but the weather was cloudy. We enjoyed hiking at the Canaan Valley Wildlife Refuge and Canaan Valley State Park. The misty weather made for mystical views! We cooked in the condo that had all of the kitchen amenities one would need. Megan was easy to reach and responsive to our questions!

Excellent place to stay in the Canaan Valley with numerous hiking opportunities within close driving distance. Due to significant allergies, we needed a smoke free, pet free place and this one fit the bill perfectly. Property is in great condition and well stocked with everything you need. Very clean; just a bit off the main road and well insulated so fairly quiet. Owners were helpful and responsive to questions. If in the area again, we would stay here, except in midsummer since there is no AC.
