This home and location are so delightful! It was even better than the photographs. The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding, and the views, well… They just can’t be beat. The changing landscape and tides were a treasure, and it was easy to walk to town by walking along Peggotty beach. Comfy beds and furnishings, great responses from the host. Highly recommend, you can’t get closer to the water.

The entrance was difficult but overall the cottage is beautiful and my son's family loved it. The welcome basket was a real treat, Thank You.I will have the ones that stayed there write a review as well.

Very cute little beach out. Beautifully decorated, our bed was very comfortable. Waves lapping every day was just the medicine we needed.

This home is so beautiful! Beautifully beach themed decorations. Right on the ocean! They provide beach chairs and beach toys. Two bedroom with very comfortable beds. The host provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Nice big TV with cable and internet and Netflix etc which was a plus! An outside grill which was perfect for our family July 4th family cookout. A Nice outside deck to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. All new appliances. I highly recommend this property! The host is very accessible and willing to answer all questions in a timely manor. Loved our vacation here!.

We enjoyed our stay! The home is lovely and the owners were very responsive and accommodating to any questions or concerns. The welcome snacks and drinks were so appreciated after a long day of travel.

Our family loved our stay. The pullout sofa bed is the most comfortable one we’ve used, AC units work perfectly for the summer humid warmth. 2 full baths allowed everyone ample space to get ready in the mornings. We loved the quiet ocean sounds at night and waking to an expanse of sparkling ocean water. We look forward to coming back again.

The house is amazing. On the beach, and over the water at high tide. The sound of the waves is the most soothing sound in the world. Bring your paddleboard or kayaks and all of your beach fun stuff. Boogies boards are there. Hosts are wonderful and communicative.
