Premium mattresses on all beds are brand new as of October 2023. Mattresses and pillows are fully protected, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a good nights rest.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

    The house was a very nice house but needs an overhaul in the cleaning department. There were hundreds of cigarette butts outside by the door area and beer bottles in the back yard. The floor inside the house had blood on it and the ones of us that had on white socks they were black within hours. There were empty water bottles under the beds (2) and a couple of random water bottle caps on the floor. When arriving the front screen door was propped open with a chair and both bathrooms had windows open. Like I said the house is very nice but unfortunately, I feel as nice as the house is the owner doesn't know it's NOT being taken care of, and this is very sad to me as I rent out properties as well.
