the home is exactly what the description says - cozy and pet friendly! the house is very clean and the backyard was excellent for our dog and for relaxing. the hot tub was on point and a great piece to the backyard. Definitely will stay here again when in town!

Very nice home. Beautifully furnished and they had everything you could need. The hot tub was fantastic and our dog loved the big backyard.

Attentive host, comfortable house, convenient location. And although the house is pet friendly it was fine for us with pet allergies.

Good brownies! No bath soap just lotion.good yard for the dog.lots of towels and very nice bedding. Chips and salsa also very good. Tv good too.need to replenish the laundry detergent.

We had such an amazing stay. This was by far one of my favorite properties I have stayed at. Super clean and has everything you could possible need and more. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and sitting in the sun in the backyard. I would highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect central location, quiet neighborhood, totally remodeled and updated, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. The hot tub was fabulous and the backyard was private and secure for your dog.

We had a nice stay here as part of our spring break adventure. This house is centrally located, beautiful decorated (outside & in) we enjoyed eating outside, the hot tub, & unexpected treats upon arrival(so kind). We also appreciated sleds to use at White Sands.

The property was an excellent choice for our get-away with our dogs. The hot tub was used a lot, and other than some dust storms, we really enjoyed exploring the area - including day trip to hot springs. The hosts were very easy to work with, and have such a nice set-up.

Great place to sit back, cook, relax and enjoy just getting off the grid. Surrounding stores and shops are great and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Really enjoyed the week.

Clean, clean, clean! As a prior vrbo HOST I love when we stay at a rental that matches my cleanliness and decor style. Suzie and Fred have this perfected. Only thing i didnt see, was a guest book for compliments to be written in. Not all hosts like those, so i get it. So, in essance, there was nothing missing for our stay. You will not be dissapoinyed in your stay here! Thank you again for hosting us, if ever back in area to visit our son, well be certain to stay here.

Beautiful home. Everything you could ever need in the kitchen. It even had been decorated for Christmas. Look forward to staying there next time we come to see our Nee Mexico family.

Just as promised - clean large hot tub. Homemade brownies, chips and salsa, and cold bottled water greeted us. Communication was excellent. Location provided easy access to city.

Nice home, great location, fenced in backyard for the pups. Great hosts to work with, very nice folks. We plan on coming back and do more adventures. We spent the week biking, hiking, going to White Sands, cliff dwellings, wineries and shopping at the farmers market. The hot tub felt great to relax in.

My wife and I stayed for a short visit with our dogs. Nicely redone house. fenced backyard good for big or small dogs. Super porch with shade. Internally very well appointed Kitchen setup. Good location. Close to main st, but quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again.
