Stayed Dec 25, 2023This house is every bit as good as it is advertised to be. It is ideally located for activities in and around the Plano and Dallas area. Many additional amenities and thoughtful touches contribute to a homey, comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of space and the kitchen was surprisingly well appointed. The back yard and hot tub were great bonuses.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023Honestly this place has a fun atmosphere with a ton of space to hang out! And a lot of extras for guests like games, blankets, coffee and snacks. But it’s not clean, I found 3 large spots on bed sheets, floors were dirty, front and back yard grass and bushes and were not cut/trimmed. Also, found three live water bugs which one is normal for Texas but three in one night stay is not.

Stayed Nov 20, 2022My friend and I hosted a birthday party here and the space was amazing. The ping pong table was a hit and the kitchen/living area was spacious. If the weathers nice the size of the backyard could be utilized, however there’s a hot tub for the colder months!
