Stayed Jan 16, 2026Had a lovely stay visiting my daughter while she had a long weekend break at FSU. This property is spacious and tastefully decorated. Note that the listing details aren’t entirely accurate: the piano is missing keys and quite out of tune so the ‘music enthusiast’ daughter of mine, who was looking forward to playing it, was disappointed (she really misses her piano and was looking forward to this advertised feature). it was also a rare ‘freezing weekend’ in Tallahassee; snow flurries predicted. We envisioned playing cards and board games around the fireplace. Alas, the fireplace is actually sealed up, not functioning. The kitchen had plenty of space for making a warm chili; that was nice. The thermostat was a bit persnickety, but the property manager, Bernice (lovely!!) and her incredibly useful partner, came out on the bitter cold in the evening and set it to rights for us - and checked in a few times during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. Really appreciated that. Checking in and out was easy. We would stay at this property again if given the opportunity!

Stayed Feb 12, 2024was a very well set up place and had everything we possibly needed. could tell it was new. only thing i would do is put a rug right inside the back door.
