Cozy Oak Island House < 1 Mi to Beaches!

For what we used it for a roof over our head and place to sleep it was manageable! while we was out fishing daylight to dark we was not there during the day! The owner seemed nice! The only major things I noticed was the furniture was out dated and worn out! The mattresses in the bedrooms was borderline tough to get comfortable on! Tree in front of the porch needs trimming! The house is close to the beach! With just a little bit of tlc this house could be more enjoyable.

Beds and baths clean and well kept, coffee station would be just as well served by a much smaller outfit next to the sink but it was fine. We'll likely be back.

Property looked nothing like pictures. Rug was stained and gross just like the recliner. Furniture looked like it was picked up beside a dumpster. Tried to use the grill and it caught fire due to never being cleaned. The house looks like someone’s first apartment and needs updating. Breaker tripped every time we used the toaster oven. Washer sounds like it’s gonna shake right through the floor. Ceiling in bathroom looks like is about to peel apart. Totally not satisfied with our stay.

It was good overall and we appreciated that it was pet-friendly. It was also kid-friendly as our grandchildren 15 years old and 11 years old enjoyed it. WiFi was very good and had no issue with that.The outdoor shower and hose was very convenient for those times we returned from the beach and needed to hose off the sand.The house needs a little paint touch ups on the base boards and walls. The washing machine was very loud during the wash and spin cycle.

This beach house is adorable and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for all 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 teens. We loved the walkability to the beach and many other spots including restaurants, shopping, ice cream, and coffee. We enjoyed using the grill and hanging out on the deck. Our favorite spot was the unexpected outdoor den with a tv under the house.

We all enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect!! Location was perfect. The home offered everything one needs to enjoy family time. We will be back!!!

The house was perfect with just enough space for 3 couples and 2 friends. We were able to get ready easy before the wedding on Friday and walk to beach multiple times throughout the stay! The walk took only 5 minutes and the ocean was beautiful! Would book this again in an instant. The wedding group loved the place and were so happy we were so close to so many restaurants and of course the beach!

House was perfect for our needs, close to the beach, with lots of outdoor space. Would definitely stay again and look forward to coming back!

very clean and spacious, love the seating and shower area under the house! only a 6 min walk to the beach down a residential road, so very little, if any, traffic. had all the amenities anyone would need. would definitely stay here again!
