Cozy mountain retreat minutes from Downtown Ouray!

Our family had a great time in Ouray at the Pine Time cabin. Our boys loved the pool table and the throwback Golden Tee arcade game. The local deer made daily appearances. Niki and Trent were easy to communicate with and super responsive. Great experience!

We made some core memories staying at Pine Time! The house was perfect for us. We did plenty of cooking, grilling, hanging out on the deck around the fire pit and played in the game room. The house is close to the river and we walked / road bikes along the dirt road that leads to town. It’s perfectly situated for enjoying Ouray and all it has to offer. Niki was very responsive to any queries and made sure we had a great stay. Our dogs loved to sit and watch the wildlife out the windows.

Almost perfect…grill was pretty rough but ultimately worked out. Admittedly we may have been dummies about the oven but it took some time to figure it out. Maybe some instructions for the non-intuitive types like us? All in all, this was an excellent stay and a fun little house for a friend weekend. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Time.

This is our second time staying at Pine Time and we had an amazing second trip. Home is exactly as described, cozy with tons of great amenities. Niki is a fantastic host who is quick to respond and help with anything needed. Definitely recommend this location for a wonderful getaway.

Overall this place was very well appointed and gave us everything we needed for a great few days in Ouray. The host was responsive to our questions within 20 minutes or so. The bed in the master was cozy and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax when we had downtime. Limited availability at the time placed a small party in a home that would have accommodated 8-10 easily- so we didn’t utilize all the amenities to the fullest extent.

Niki was a great host with fast communication when we had a slight issue getting on the WiFi. Neighborhood was close to town. Not much room for dogs to roam in the yard but they loved views to watch all the critters. Lots of stairs which was only an issue for our sweet old dog. Otherwise house was amazing, stocked with what you need, and we will be back!

Golf in Ridgeway Jeeps in Ouray and Alpine Loop. We’ve been riding trails there for 20 years. This place was awesome. Golden Tee in the game room was the best. We hung out in the garage every night.

While ultimately we enjoyed our time here, we would definitely expect more repairs/improvements at this high a price point. There was an awful sewage smell from downstairs which the owner was responsive of, and sent a handyman right over, but the poor state of the plumbing and electric again maybe not expected at this price. There are also many uncovered windows even in a downstairs bedroom you could see directly inside. Also the trash had been left by the previous tenants(?) and was completely full, so we had to stack trash in the garage which is also the game room. Finally, the fridge seemed to not cool well especially towards the bottom and we had meat spoil. Overall, just not what we expected at the price and would probably pick another location next time unfortunately.

This cabin was the perfect location and size for our family (12) to stay in to celebrate my son's wedding day. It is six minutes from downtown Ouray, so travel to all events and hot springs was easy with plenty of room for vehicles. Everyone had a comfy bed with enough bathrooms to accommodate all. There is even a game room to kick back and relax with music and laughter since the little town closes early. The host, Niki, is very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. She was even very kind in reminding us about the quiet hours as we played pool with the game room door open...time flies when you're having fun! Check-in and out was an easy process. Overall, this is great place to stay - good location, plenty of room for guests/vehicles, and a wonderful host. We would consider this cabin for our next family gathering :)

My friends and I had a blast staying at Pine Time!! — We went to Ouray for my untraditional bachelorette party, and spent the weekend doing the via ferrata, hot springs, and hiking! The Vrbo was so cute and everyone had so much room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay and being so close to Ouray.

Excellent home in an ovation just outside of Ouray. Clean, well thought out and organized. We had a wonderful stay here and would come back without hesitation!

The cabin is cozy but also spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful house, friendly folk! A bit hot with no ac but it was nice to leave windows open (we are from Az). We were bummed we couldn’t see the fireworks from the house, but the neighbors were all so nice, told us all the tricks & tips! Good folk, and easy to communicate with and text!

Lovely to be close to Ouray springs and shops but seeing beautiful trees out every window! Oh, and a dream kitchen!
