Cozy, Modern House-quick walk to the beach! NO STAIRS TO CLIMB

Super clean house that is conveniently located having very comfortable beds. Just what we needed as we have stayed at this property before. Beach is less than a short two block walk with chairs, umbrella, and a wagon provided. Shop and restaurants are also within walking distance. Loved the home's bamboo garden and patio providing a relaxed and inviting afternoon retreat. Definitely stay here when you visit Pensacola Beach.

This was an awesome home. About 475 steps from the door to the ocean. It was located perfectly. Tons to do and see. I’m telling all my family to stay here.

Have stayed here a couple of times and the location and house does not disappoint. Good communication and recommendations from the property manager. Perfect for my family of four with plenty of space to spread out with the kids each having their own bed to sleep. Very clean house with offering needed amenities, plus convenient location to both the beach as well as the boardwalk with restaurants and shops along the way. Recommend and will return.

This charming house was exactly what we needed. It was close enough to all the shopping and restaurants that we walked everywhere. The beach was a short walk as well. Everything was so clean and the beds were super comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. IT WAS PERFECT!!

This home is in a great location as we were able to walk to restaurants and shops plus the beach is conveniently only a couple of blocks away. The home was clean and the bamboo around the outside patio was a nice touch. It was nice having a washer/dryer, but also having a kitchen with all the cooking supplies along with clean linens/towels. A beach wagon with an umbrella/chairs were supplied, and there was an outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a great place to stay on their beach trip.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Excellent communication with host. Close to all the restaurants and 3 minute walk to beach!! We will definitely be back at this house!!

Surprisingly spacious little house with all the amenities. Attentive owner and super location for beach and local activities. A fun time.

The house and beds were comfortable. Two beds in one room, one Bed in the master. All the appliances appeared to work. AC kept the house cool. We arrived well after sunset and had a little trouble locating the lock box due to how dark it was, but was able to text the host and received a prompt reply. There isn’t really any “storage space” for luggage, but we just piled everything in a corner to try to keep it out of the way. The table had to be moved in order for all of us to sit around it, but it wasn’t a huge ordeal. My only real concern was the house is right off the main road, and it can be difficult to ingress/egress the driveway. But with a little patience, traffic usually would space out enough to allow safe transitions. Host provided a wagon, umbrella, and chairs for beach use which was very helpful. Overall, it served our family of 6 well. There is a park close by as well as restaurants and a small convenience store.
