We came down to help our daughter get her stuff out of storage and move her into the dorms at Clark Atlanta University and enjoy our time together before college starts.

Right on point! The owner was completely honest in the description.The.neighborhood has the perception of rundown,but you can see that its in a redevelopment phase! The little oark across the street is nice for those with kids.The shower in the downstairs bedroom is Heavenly! Its a perfectly sized,layout and decorated family home! Love the backyard even though we're from New Orleans LOL

The house was amazing. The area seemed a bit sketchy at times but not the worst place I have ever been.

The positives of our stay included a convenient location with easy access to most areas in Atlanta, a spacious house, well-equipped kitchen, and a fun backyard.However, two days before check-in—after we had already signed the rental agreement—I received a message outlining new rules and potential fees that could be incurred during our stay. One particular fee stood out: a 500 charge if dog hair was found, despite having already paid a pet fee, which typically covers pet-related cleaning. Additionally, the message included a long list of possible charges for missing items, but no inventory list was provided for reference. This last-minute communication was unexpected and somewhat concerning, as these details were not mentioned in the original agreement.That said, VRBO handled my concerns well, offering reassurance, so we decided to proceed with our stay and ultimately felt comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, though I was surprised by how dirty our feet became from walking around the house the first night.

We had an amazing stay at this charming vacation house just outside Atlanta! It was only a short drive to the city’s vibrant attractions. The house was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed—comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a lovely deck perfect for morning coffee. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond. It’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway with a touch of Southern charm. Highly recommend!

The house was extremely nice, spaclous and decorated tastefully. There was enough room for my family to enjoy and be comfortable. However, there were rules in place that made us feel we were not responsible guests. Very unfortunate!

This home has great potential. Area is a little run down but you can tell it's in the middle of being upgraded. I’ll start with the Cons:Walls, baseboards are marked up. Scuffed, dirty or marked up walls can make a home feel dirtier than it is. A fresh coat of paint and attention to detail when cleaning baseboards and corners would help a lot. The trash bags need to fit the trash can and there needs to be a trashcan with a top. Even with the trashcan being in the closet, it smells every time you open it and you have to reach inside to make sure the bag is open enough for trash. The lowest rating I would give would be to the Beds and pillows. The pillows were all flat and we had to buy our own. The mattresses were hard and so uncomfortable. The room with (2) double beds was the worse. I believe the thought process sometimes is that a room that may be for kids doesn't have to have comfortable beds. We had (2) teenage cheerleaders staying in this room and they woke up sore every morning. They were truly overly firm and uncomfortable. Pros: Nice, updated, Modern home.Had all the amenities needed. GREAT GREAT communication from the host. Close to the airport, GICC and downtown. Great back yard. Great space for families. Nice, well-equipped Kitchen. Would stay Again!!

My stay at this property was very smooth from beginning to end. Communication was very easy with the property manager. How is well kept and clean.

First of all, this is a perfectly suitable listing. The house is so big, we just had two people in our party but it could accommodate a large family very comfortably. The location was super convenient, I could get most places within 20minutes - even in traffic. The house was clean enough, there were a few bits here and there but generally clean. The entire property could do with a coat of paint and a magic eraser. Previous tenants have been there and you can tell. Here’s what I’ll tell you, I’d stay there again. The property owner was super kind and worked to right an issue that was having ultimately accommodating me and fulfilling their responsibilities with respect and generosity. Thankful for the place to stay. We had a great time.

Overall not too bad for short visits and the location. The property manager was very responsive and open but had smell of smoke and marijuana upon arrival, however the manager was open about trying to clean as much as possible before so there was a strong bleach smell but still could smell it. Recommend having plug ins for the freshness. Also the remotes did not have backs and batteries didn’t work. Also recommend replacing the washing machine the tub was very stained. Should dust vents. Remove the shag shower mats and replace with better mats. and lastly recommend providing some kcups or Some snacks or waters. Overall, it was convenient to everything in the area and a park. I can see they have some bad tenants that have ruined it for a lot but a little more initiatives to make better for us good tenants. Thank you though property manager for the communication.

The inside was well decorated. Only concern is the master has no air conditioning and was extremely hot. The patio furniture was very worn unlike the advertisement.

I would recommend this property. They took time out in renovating this home. Its very welcoming. Its close to the interstate.

Stayed here for a Mother's Day weekend and Everything was great. Pictures and description matched the place. Host was very responsive. Would stay again!
