This newly renovated, stylish home includes amenities such as: Outdoor furniture and dining, Smart TV’s, kitchen, and High-Speed Internet. Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. The full sized kitchen includes, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The den in the back offers various games and a full-sized day bed. The cozy living room features a large smart TV with your favorite streaming services available. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed as well as Smart TV with all your favorite streaming options. The second bedroom offers two comfortable queen-sized bed. The third bedroom also has two queen sized beds. The relaxing atmosphere creates a Zen mood in this beautiful home. Your group can relax and lounge all in the privacy of this beautiful home.

We allow pets for a non refundable $100 pet fee.

We allow up to 4 additional guests beyond the specified maximum for $20 per guest, per night. Guests must provide their own sleeping arrangements and acknowledge the provided sleeping setup.

Important Notice

We want every guest to have an amazing stay, and we appreciate you treating our home with care. That said, please be aware of the following:

Big Mess = Extra Cleaning Fee – If excessive mess requires extra cleaning, an additional charge will apply.

️ Damage = Repair Costs – If anything gets broken or damaged during your stay, the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged.

No Smoking Indoors = $500 Fine – Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. A deep-cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected.

Late Checkout: $100 per hour without prior approval.

Excessive Noise, or Extra Guests: $250 fine.

Property is not an event space.
Event fee requires additional insurance and $500 fee
