A steel pergola shades the back patio and the front and side yard are shaded by the home for most of the day. The whole house and property are YOURS.

Make yourself right at home as you enterthe open living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath Gold Canyon retreat features one king and two queen beds, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Each bedroom has a window, television, nightstands, closet and dresser so that you feel right at home. The great room opens to the back patio through French doors.

The full kitchen is stocked with a stainless fridge/freezer and dishwasher, Keurig and classic coffeemaker, microwave, stove and oven. Pots and pans, plates, cutlery, spatulas, towels and dishcloths are all provided. The laundry room has newer, efficient washer and dryer along with a steam iron. The garage, paved driveway and roadside parking have space for all your toys. With two bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, getting ready is a breeze. The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating, AC and water softener.
