Very cozy cottage in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, which is always very important to us. The kitchen cookware and dishware were on the basic side, but we made them work for our purposes. Our favorite part of staying here was enjoying our morning coffee on the back porch in the beautiful fall weather.

We booked this for business so the commute to downtown was quick. The house was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. The only downside was the very narrow driveway which was challenging for my truck and trailer and the home is on a busy street.

Nice size kitchen and living room but small driveway to park and small bathroom. Nice size outdoor porch but one chair wobbly. Plenty of extra supplies if needed. Beds are low but some may like that aspect. WiFi excellent. Did not see any printed materials for RECYLABLES (bottles, glass, papers).

The house was filthy. Bugs throughout the house. The back sliding door did not lock and I had to call the first night I arrived because of this. Initially was told that I would have to probably wait until the next day until something could be done but after talking with the local manager she sent someone out to help fix it. Wouldn't recommend staying here

As a lot of other people said, the driveway is very narrow. Otherwise the house was great.

Would never rent from Vacasa again (VRBO not the problem and the house was not the problem). The person whom you call is remote (not in same city and has no idea about the house; probably great for an owner, terrible for a guest); so when we called to say code does not work, they say, find the schlage button. There was no button that says that. Eventually, in the pitch black dark we ascended steep stairs and found that the entry lock was on the BACK door. We got in. They changed the code and we were never able to get back into the place. Had 85 yo mom and dog; and they were incredibly slow (hours) to respond to anything including unlocking to get our stuff out to go to a hotel. In addition to the calls to Vacasa, spent an hour on the phone with VRBO advocate and Vacasa manger trying to get Vacasa to respond and help. Eventually Patricia, contacted me in evening, she was professional, but by then too late. It had been hours, I had to get my mom a place to lie down. She unlocked it at about 9pm and we got our stuff out at 9:30pm. She confirmed that we would be refunded. It has been a week and no response, no refund yet. Initial responsewaiting for local team. We can say they are consistent...

We enjoyed our stay in this cute house in a quiet neighborhood. It’s just a short drive to Georgia Tech and mid-town. The beds are comfortable, and the showers work well! It was a great alternative to staying in a hotel for Family Weekend. Tip: if you can’t get the front door to open with the code, try the back door! That worked better for us.

The house is exactly as described - close to everything downtown, quiet neighborhood, very clean and all the amenities and thoughtful things you need. Would recommend staying in this home to anyone…the driveway is narrow, but plenty of parking. The property management company was the hardest part of this reservation. When we arrived the check in process didn’t specify to go to the back door. The front door also had a keypad that didn’t work. When I called the person was very friendly, but not helpful. His answer was to wait to the next day to talk to someone. Fortunately I was able to text another number that said go to the back. There was another issue with the rental agreement that was different on the property managers end than mine. It was resolved, but not after spending unnecessary time dealing with a frustrating back and forth. I hope for the owner they are aware of these frustrations because the house is fantastic and I would hate for other guests to be frustrated by less than great management.
