Guests have full access to the entire duplex, covered patio & private dock & riverfront sitting area across the street. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock. Private parking is available in the rear of the property.
Other things to note
Guests are asked to sign a short rental agreement after booking. There’s nothing unusual or restrictive in it, simply a standard agreement confirming care & respect for the property.
