It is a remote location with gorgeous views! If you are looking for a getaway with no electronic distractions, you’ve found it! There is no WiFi, which is okay for vacation (except I’m in school and had a paper to write!!) There was some movies that we enjoyed after a long day of bounty biking and hiking. The beds are not comfortable at all and there was a lot of bugs! The porch had so many spiders and the bathroom had all sorts of bugs. The owners are so nice and the views are beautiful!!
We loved the beautiful, quiet location out in the country. The owners are very friendly and easy going. We enjoyed watching Cliff working out on the ranch and both Debbie and Cliff gave us great ideas on what to do and where to go during our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. It is an old, rustic, country home that we found to be homey, comfy, and charming. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and we got In several wildlife sightings. Bring binoculars,, I am so glad we did. We will stay here again!
Older farm house at the end of the road in what is easily the most beautiful valley you will see. The nearest neighbor is a half mile away. There are un-obstructed mountain views in every direction. Most peaceful mornings and evenings you could imagine. We will definitely recommend others to stay here when traveling to New Meadows.
Spent a week here last fall and loved it. So peaceful and quiet. Everything you need to stay comfortable and relaxed. Hunting in the area is great. Had the opportunity to see huge elk, deer and other animals in their natural habitat. The community nearby is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the escape tremendously and can’t wait to go back.
We stayed at this beautiful quant house in the fall. It was perfect! Surrounded by Mountains and Lots of wild Life, (we saw elk, deer, turkey). Very Clean, has a nice woodsy feel. Would Definitely stay here again! Perfect Mountain getaway for this Arkansas guy!
Wow! The beauty all around this ranch is amazing! We stayed here with our children and they all enjoyed playing in the snow and running around the yard. The home was very peaceful and comfortable with all the best amenities; nice bath towels, full kitchen supplies, warm and comfortable. The home owners are close and really cared about our comfort and enjoyment. We will return again and again! Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us!
So enjoyed our stay. Beautiful scenery, peace and quiet. Just the place to re-energize. If you like sitting in your lawn chairs watching the sunset and listening to the sounds of nature, this is the place for you. We saw deer, elk, and a variety of birds. The house was comfortable and homie, with the closest neighbor being about a mile away. Can't wait to go again. Not a far drive to McCall, but far enough out that you have solitude and quiet. Highly recommend this place.
