Stayed Mar 13, 2025Elegantly styled and renovated apartment well-located near Recoleta and parks. Lovely views across greenery and, from the bedroom, to the Rio Plata. Very comfortable with new king-sized bed, AC, well-equipped kitchen and large soaking tub. Gorgeous plants and furniture. The washer and dryer were a huge plus! Estefania and Pilar were very responsive and helpful with questions. Highly recommended.

Stayed Feb 25, 2025• Strengths:-The apartment is beautiful, modern, and well illuminated with excellent amenities and WiFi.-The location in Palermo is great, near the Floralis Genérica sculpture.-The neighborhood feels secure with supermarkets at walkable distance.• Limitations:-Clarify the check-in process with the owner in case of delay in time of arrival.-Strongly consider clarifying with the owner at the time of the booking that no additional security deposit will be imposed beyond the service fee, especially outside of the VRBO platform (which is not permitted by the terms of service).-Insinuations that the client will not be permitted to stay if an additional security deposit (after the booking) is wired to her bank account are NOT acceptable.In summary, a beautiful apartment in a great location, but a lukewarm experience otherwise.
