Really nice property. Private access to lovey river. Great communication with host.

The house was great, fishing just a few steps from the deck was good. Overall excellent place for a fun week. Good parking well.

very clean and stocked. Just disappointed there was not access from back deck to river. We couldn't fine cushions for the patio furniture. other wise it was great!

A beautiful, well-appointed cabin on a beautiful river. We could not have asked for a better place to call home while on our travels!

You could spend a month here and never run out of things to do. Plenty of beds for the whole family and directly oncthe river! We did Burney Falls, Mc Cloud Falls (all three levels), Fairey Falls, and Hodge Creek Falls. We also took anamazing tour of Shasta Caverns which included a boat ride across the leg of the lake, a short bus ride up tp the caverns, and a guided tour inside. We did all that in two days!

We were here as a midpoint on a ride from Los Angeles to Seattle. The river was running too high for any luck fly fishing, but it was a great spot and we enjoyed casting none the less.Zero complaints about the cabin or the process.

What an amazing log cabin! The location of it in Dunsmuir was perfect. The log cabin was just as advertised. It was clean and very modern and overall it was an exceptional trip. We all enjoyed our stay there so much. We would definitely return.

My brother and I did not getchance to use all the amenities, but it was so great to haveve every thing just like our home.

The owner is kind, thorough, and very responsive. The home is very clean and very well maintained. The location is ideal for hanging out swimming (chilly but refreshing!) and fishing in the river which is extremely close. A perfect stay!

This cabin provided everything we needed for a great stay close to national parks we wanted to visit. Mt.Shasta, McCloud Falls, and Lassen Volcanic Park were easy drives for our family of 6: 2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children. The cabin met all of our needs, and we loved the proximity to the river. Evenings on the porch were a delight (with bug spray, of course!), and meals were easy in a well-equipped kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Mike was clear with his instructions, answered all my questions, and helped our vacation be everything we wanted. Thank you!

The cabin was more spacious than I thought it would be. It is located right on the river and the fishing hole is no joke. My husband caught 2 fish within 15 minutes of our arrival. The kitchen is spacious and the appliances are new. It is the perfect area to keep 3 teenagers busy being near 2 lakes and the waterfalls near Dunsmuir. We had a great time and would return again.

Perfect for our mini family reunion, Bedrooms were comfy and the loft provided a nice quiet place for reading or relaxing. The kitchen was perfect for us to gather cook and eat, inside or out on the deck. We really enjoyed sitting by the river and watching people fish. Easy walk to town too.

Beautiful cabin in an ideal location, stocked with everything you could want or need! We had a marvelous stay and enjoyed every minute!
