Loved the way the house was Western-themed decorated. Clean, with everything you need to stay in and cook. Super responsive host, it was perfect!

Cozy little property with nice amenities! It was easily accessible and provided fans, towels, soap, and coffee, along with everything needed for cooking meals in the kitchen. It was perfect for preparing for hikes in the national parks, relaxing after, and just checking out the area.

Perfect little unit close to restaurants, groceries, Carlsbad Caverns NP, Post Office. Had everything we needed. Yellow Brix was recommended by Lilli and it was phenomenal. We had an issue with a contractor that was working on the property and the property manager was very responsive and we were impressed that we got a personal visit from the owner of the property regarding the matter. Excellent service, great unit and central location!

Kitchen & appliances clean. Rooms were cool with A/C, however bedroom A/C was turned off at night as it was noisy. Great place to stay

We stayed 8 nights! It was such a cute place. My husband & I cant wait to come back. Clean, quiet makes you feel like you arent so far from home.

This was the perfect size. Everything went so smoothly. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and bedding. Very cozy and clean stay. The most important thing is staying cool while sleeping and there was absolutely no complaints there.

It was the perfect size for my wife and I, and was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping for vacation supplies. The house was cozy and very well decorated. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Thank you for a cozy place to stay while I checked out Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns. The bed was comfy, but the bathroom was really small. The shower in the camper I stayed at in Big Bend was bigger than this shower. If you’re looking for a great burger go to Lucky Bull Grill!

Accurate online description of the property. Just enough space for a couple and great value overall. Property was clean when we arrived and check-in was easy. Host was responsive and helpful during our stay. The bathroom is tight but has everything needed for showering, brushing your teeth, and using the restroom. Fully functional kitchen with size fridge was great. Would recommend stay to family and friends. The neighborhood isn't the best but not a huge deal as we were gone from the rental most days at the national parks.

very comfortable home for 2. well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood away from busier downtown. we stayed during windstorms, and dust got into the little house, but the air conditioners really helped. there were 2 and very adequate. the host was very prompt to respond to our questions. we enjoyed our stay here

Easy to get the National Parks. Everything as stated. Also, eat at Yellow Brix. So yummy.

The house small but comfortable and very clean. Only thing was how small the bathroom and shower were. We read the listing and knew it would be small. I'm 5'4 and I was fine.. We had a great stay

This little home was a pleasant surprise. It surprisingly has everything you could need and feels much bigger than you’d expect! Loved the Keurig coffee maker! It is also right in the middle of town. A short drive to everything and an easy drive to the Caverns & surrounding landmarks. Highly recommended!

This trip was unbelievably important in my life. It was *hot*. apparently it was hotter than the usual June, and man o man! This lovely little place was son cool and comfy after being out and about. Clean, cool, beautifully decorated, with a special surprise. There was a box of pancake mix in the fridge and a waffle iron. This place was part of the most amazing trip of my life

My husband ended up making this work trip without me and mentioned it would have been tight for the two of us had I came on the trip with him and stayed here. Small bedroom and bath but the home was very clean with a comfortable bed and very responsive host! It's perfect for one person and he would stay again if traveling alone.
