Cozy Little Cottage in Old Town

Great little place to have a weekend away to disconnect. Close to many things including town center for shopping.

This house to quaint and adorable and perfect for my needs. Very clean, well decorated and the owners were easy to communicate with and made the rental process seamless.

The property owners were amazing and left a little thank you note upon arrival. So thoughtful. Everything was great!

The house was perfect in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed every minute and centrally located. No issues whatsoever. We will definitely rent this again next time when we come visit our grandson.Much Aloha Randall &Silvia

What a charming cottage! It’s very cozy and comfortable. Our host paid attention to every detail! I love the labels and clear instructions posted throughout the house. The carport in back is a plus, and the location is perfect!

We absolutely loved staying in this adorable cottage. It had everything we needed. The area is wonderful, so close to downtown. The owner was very quick to respond to my question. We highly recommend this cozy cottage.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a few days to visiting family! We will absolutely make this our go to home to stay at whenever we are in Georgetown! The backyard is huge with a nice long driveway. The house is so cute and comfortable. Nice bug dinning room tabke to fit all of us at for family dinner.

We stayed at Besitos for 3 nights and it was the best experience. The house is perfect and so clean and beautiful inside. The outside is also incredible. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. Don’t think twice about staying here, it’s wonderful. Jan is a great host and so responsive!!!

The property was cute and well located.We were surprised to get a 50 charge for the toilet paper holder, which was wobbly when on arrival and fell out after a day. We are 4 cautious 80's folks who have stayed in many VRBO's for over a decade and have never had a nuisance charge like this.We were also told we may be hit with a charge for damage to the sprinkler system for parking on the lawn the first night - on arrival in the dark it was not clear to us where to park. There was no sign to stay off the grass and no notice on check in to stay on gravel road (driveway) to avoid sprinkler. In the day it was clear that there was no other property using the driveway but not at night.

This a very clean, comfortable, cozy rental. The location is close in town and easy access to all of Georgetown. The Unit was exactly as described, very nicely stocked, very nicely decorated, comfortable beds & an “At home” feel.

The home is renovated and is great. It was clean and the checkin process was very easy. The host was laidback and kinda let us be. The home comes well stacked for a few days with lots of linens. It felt comfortable to be at the house with no worries. One think I would have liked, for the property to have a front gate or fence. The house is wide open from the street. No issues with noise. We will stay there again.

Cozy place. Comfortable beds. Good location. About a mile walk to downtown old square. Georgetown old town is a fun area with plenty of food and shopping options.

Great home with all the little touches. Is easily walking distance to all the fun of the square in Georgetown( about 15 minutes walking). The home is exactly as in the photos. It is decorated nicely. I would highly recommend!

The cottage met or exceeded all our expectations. A good value for what we paid. Besides, Georgetown is an attractive and interesting community. We stayed for one month and wished it could have been longer.

The cottage is the perfect size for a couple or small family. It is super cute and very comfortable. We stayed 49 days and we found the bed to be very comfortable. We had plenty of cleaning products, laundry products, etc. The AC kept the house cool throughout the hot summer days. It was on and set to the perfect temp when we arrived. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the location. We walked most days into the downtown area and had lunch. We also enjoyed walks around the well established beautiful neighborhood. Jan was.a.great host and communicated well.Loved our stay, thank you, Jan!

This is our 2nd stay- perfect location for Southwestern families (walk 1 block from campus) or downtown Georgetown events. You can easily walk downtown (better than driving around looking for a parking spot) or ride your bike to San Gabe park and catch the trails. The home is clean, quiet and spacious for a family.

Communication with the property manager was excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed the nice and quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to downtown. Precious little home. All furniture and master bed were very comfortable. Super clean and the hostess was very nice and left a nice wine on the kitchen counter. I was able to take my little shih-tzu and she did great. We will be back again. Thank you!
