Awesome accommodations! Even nicer than the pictures show. Very clean! Walking distance to St Andrews Bay with great restaurants and cool shops. Short drive to either Downtown PC or the Beach. All while staying in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Listing says all fees included which is not true. Cleaning fee, service fee, property damage protection is additional 306. Listing says 2 queen beds, I believe one is a double or the smallest queen ever. Not comfortable for 2 adults. Nice little dressing table area but no chair or mirror. Blinds do not keep light out, unit really needs blackout drapes/curtains on bedroom windows, at least. Balcony would be nice if there were chairs, not useable. Kitchen is not equipped for cooking. Yes there are plates, bowls, silverware, cookware set but no additional supplies to cook with. No mixing bowl, large fry pan, muffin pan, microwave cooking bowl, etc. Big thing to us was no ice maker in fridge, line is not connected for whatever reason. We were there for week of softball and needed ice for cooler that was carried daily.

I didn't realize it was a duplex when booking, but our stay was great. We were in town for a softball tournament. We received check in instructions and the property was in a good location and easy to find. We didn't have any issues, so we didn't need to reach out to the property manager. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet corner spot with water view, which includes lots of birds and fish jumping. Queen bed very comfortable and property manager quick to address an issue upon check in. Stocked with essentials but not much more. Lots of natural light. The two bedrooms upstairs are connected by a jack and Jill bathroom/bathtub & shower-downstairs is a half powder bath. One parking spot on the left of the unit-otherwise street parking. Very close to downtown Saint Andrew’s many cute restaurants but still feels very private and quiet. I would stay again and recommend to friends

Perfect location for us. Loved drinking coffee watching the birds fly over the water and the fish jumping. Would love to stay here again

The Historic

Booked for a baseball tournament at Publix Park and it was a quick ride and easy access to everything. Great spot for a small family with all the basics. However, hour you have better luck than we did catching the fish! Awesome spot overall.

The property was amazing and in the perfect location. The host deserves 5 stars: great price, great service, great communication. I will recommend this property to others and I will book this property again.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and visited his family over the Easter holiday. Clean, cute rental that is in a prime location just steps away from downtown St. Andrew’s. Very accessible and easy to find and also had good communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Great central location to many activities, places to see and restaurants. Panama City Beach area was only a 20 minute drive.

Good location and pleasant experience. Parking was kinda tight although we asked if it could accommodate our needs. If you plan to cook, supplies are very basic but worked for us because our meals were mostly provided during our event. It appeared to have been recently refreshed and painted. The property is in a quaint residential neighborhood with a nice view of a small pond. Waterfront restaurants are within walking distance and boast a charming atmosphere.
