Cozy Lakeside Home offers unbeatable location feet from Moosehead Lake

Very clean cabin and great communication with our host. Great location right on the lake with beautiful views of fall foliage. We shopped at a few of the spots in the town of Greenville. We also drove around neighboring towns to see more colorful trees. And we also saw Mt Kineo. This was our 3rd time staying on Moosehead Lake and this place had the best view by far. We enjoyed listening to the loons one night. We also saw a moose while driving around one night.

What a beautiful home on an amazing setting at Moosehead Lake. My husband and I went there for the International Sea Plane Fly In event. The Fly In was great and we were able to see a lot of it by staying at the house. We saw no need to go into downtown Greenville as the house itself on the lake was a real vacation. Everett is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend a stay at this property and will return!

Absolutely wonderful home located steps from Moosehead Lake. Panoramic views from the 1st and 2nd floors….breathtaking views of the sunsets. Excellent star gazing as well.Everett is such a great host…he even greeted us with freshly baked cinnamon buns and gave us a personal tour of the property. Conveniently located minutes from Greenville. I highly recommend the lobster roll at the Stress Free Moose restaurant.You can’t go wrong with this wonderful cabin…we would definitely return.

Amazing property perfect location, at night I was able to see the Milky Way and more stars than I’ve ever seen in my life ! Every night a gorgeous sunset.Highly recommended !!!

Everett was an amazing and thoughtful host. He welcomed us on arrival, gave us a lay of the land and even a gift card to a local restaurant for our 10-year wedding anniversary. His property is clean and charming, equipped with everything you would need, most things labeled for your convenience. The proximity to the lake is idyllic, hearing the water crash against the jetty was a peaceful nightly sound we looked forward to falling asleep to. Beds and furniture was very comfortable, TVs and WiFi worked great, and neighbors were friendly. If you’re considering staying at this property, you can’t go wrong!

Lovely lake getaway. You can't get a better location on Moosehead Lake. Cabin had everything we needed and was as described in the listing. Everett is an excellent host that went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return in the future.

We had an incredible family vacation at this property. We are local to Maine and try to rent at a new location each summer. We wanted to try Moosehead and we certainly found a gem of a property here. Check in was a breeze and appreciated Everett walking us through at the start of our stay. The property was well maintained, comfortable, and well appointed for our family of 4. Our 2 young boys loved being right on the water especially the jetty and protected cove for swimming. They enjoyed the water, kayaking (we rented one for the week) and fishing. We enjoyed sitting out in the lawn reading, relaxing, and watching the kids play and swim. The house was extremely close to the amenities in town which was limited but enough options for the week including a grocery store, trading post, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the activities near by including hiking Mt. Kineo, B52 memorial hike, a moose tour, and mini golf. We also got some great fireworks being there on July 4th. Overall would highly recommend this property if you are looking to be right on the lake on Moosehead. Everett was a great host, excellent communication, and is available to his guests as needed.

We were expecting a nice cabin based on the reviews and description, but we were absolutely amazed with it from the moment we pulled up. Awesome views as soon as you walk in, great first floor space in the kitchen and dining area and a nice quiet living room. Basement was set up nicely with Hulu and Netflix and a nice gas fireplace. Upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable, also with great views. Close to the town of Greenville and close to Lilly Bay State Park. Everett even had fudge for us when we arrived, we would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Moosehead Lake area.

One of the best vacations we've had

We fell in love with this cabin based on the photos on VRBO and the real thing did not disappoint. Loved the views of the lake from the cabin, especially with vibrant fall colors all around. We enjoyed a jigsaw puzzle on the dining room table while simultaneously watching the scenery change with each shift of the weather, from brilliant blue skies and a stunning color palette on the hillsides to misty low-hanging clouds that only slightly muted the color display. The show also included a few loons and a beaver. The cabin was spotlessly clean and all of the beds and furniture were comfortable. The gas-fired woodstove in the downstairs den made for a cozy night of movie-watching. Everett was a great host, providing us with tons of information and recommendations upfront and meeting us on our arrival (with a peanut butter cake) to personally show us how everything operates. Highly recommend this property and host!

Perfectly located cabin with just the most amazing views! We had the best time unwinding and taking in the scenery on the lake. Everrett was so hospitable and communicative throughout the rental process. Cozy, quiet, and surrounded by nature… the fall colors were the most amazing we’ve ever seen!

Very scenic and peaceful. Perfect for two couples. Liked that we were only a couple miles from town. Enjoyed hearing the Loons and watching the ducks. Everett was quick to respond when we had questions.

Awesome cabin, awesome location. Completely lakefront no hinder to the amazing views. Everything provided to enjoy a great relaxing getaway! Everette the host was great, responsive and extremely helpful with planning what to do in the area. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Greenville and the areas surrounding Moosehead Lake. The cabin is awesome for your stay, as the lake is at your footsteps and the sunset is picturesque out the windows, over the lake. Everett is the perfect host. Our stay at this property was delightful in every way. The views are amazing, the owner is very responsive, the neighborhood is friendly, and everything in downtown Greenville is only a few minutes away.
