Stayed Jun 27, 2025Lovely location, few min to the largest Sunset marina at Dale Hollow, lake view from porch, relaxing in hot tub while enjoying firepit, house is clean and matches what you see on pictures! The bigger star point is both Hoster (Russ & Mandy) are amazing people, very friendly & will get back to you fairly quickly! Super convenience to go pick up grocery, lots of dollar store arounds you.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024Great property & hosts! There was a little mishap with our stay but Russ & Mandy went above & beyond to make it right. We appreciate all that they did to get us situated and would not hesitate to stay with them again. The next time we are in the Dale Hollow area, we will definitely look for one of their properties first. This particular location is perfect for fishing tournaments leaving out of Sunset Marina. You can literally almost see it from the rental! It may be a 3 min drive max to get there. Thank you Russ & Mandy for letting us stay at your place! We'll be back!

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We were as happy and as satisfied as we could be with this property! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking, the house was 100% clean and the hosts were great!! On a very cozy street n nice neighborhood just minutes 2 to 5 minutes from Dale Hollow lake!!
