Charming accommodation, located in the wonderful bay of Alcudia. A beautiful, charming house a few meters from the beautiful beaches of white sand and crystal clear water of Alcudia. An ideal space for small family or friends, who want to enjoy privacy with their own pool, in a quiet area, but close to all leisure services within walking distance.
This small villa has everything to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Upon entering the property, we can see the pool and solarium area, where you canenjoy a swim and relax by sunbathing around the pool.
The house has a rustic and cozy decoration, with all the details to make the traveler feel at home.
The house is distributed all on one floor, lacking stairs.
It has a large bathroom, with shower and glass screen. The living room has great luminosity, given that it has windows that overlook the pool and garden area, and an access door to this area, from the side of it. The living room is equipped with a sofa, television, play station2, table and chairs to eat or enjoy pleasant evenings, as well as a magnificent fireplace for the winter seasons.
A bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and another bedroom with two single beds, make up the room, which have two windows to the outside, which provide light and ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a decoration, like the rest of the house, cared for and cozy. From the kitchen you can also access the back of the plot, so that the whole house has a magnificent ventilation. Likewise, the property has air conditioning and heat pump.
At the exit from the lounge, we find a great barbecue next to a space with small table and chairs.
