Cozy House, Walk to Beach ️ Large Deck w/Corn Hole & Sandbox Pet Friendly

The house itself was great! The only downside was the backyard wasn't as fenced in as it appears to be. It's great if you want to keep your dog confined to 3/4ths of the yard. No major issues, just a very dog rich neighborhood, so closing off that last corner would be beneficial. Host was very responsive and helpful. My final 0.02, we've never visted this area before, so it was tough to determine where parking was allowed and not when going to the beach. If further explanation was offered to guests, I think it would be a nice bow to wrap up the whole experience!

Amazing place, fully equipped with everything we needed. Loved the backyard area! Great neighborhood for walking, beach is a close walk. Host was very responsive We will rent again!

Highly recommended. Great price, 13 minutes walk to the beach. Nice little house.On the downside: the mattress is very hard, and the sockets in the kitchen are loose.

Starting with the positives- The inside of the home was exactly what we expected. A cute little basic home! The neighborhood was absolutely perfect and it was a nice 13 minute walk to the beach. The home is located about 15-25 minutes away from the places we went, which we were ok with. The communication with the homeowner couldn't have been better. On to the cons- the outback was a little disappointing. It really needs a nice cleaning and updating. The home floors also need to be cleaned a tad better as well. Overall, the home was exactly what we expected and enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed here for a few days and it was a perfect setup for us!! We hope to book it again!

Great stay. Host was available by text and responded to all our concerns and questions. Once we settled in, it was comfortable and convenient to the beach, shopping and sightseeing. Easy access to the bypass, and the beachfront road. Loved walking in the neighborhood, and on the beach.

The location is great and the house is very cute.

We really loved playing cornhole and using the grill. The house was so cozy.

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Coming into the neighborhood it was kind of sketchy but overall quiet. I would recommend this house to a couple trying to share one bathroom with my boys was challenging ??. Beach and stores were close by and the house and amenities were excellent. Thank you Andrea for a wonderful stay.

Great place near the beach. Very comfortable, clean, exactly as presented. Nice covered porch out back with play area. Hope it will be available for our next visit.

The house was exactly what we needed and the photos/listing were perfectly accurate - no surprises. Our kids loved the house and had a great time at the beach. We parked at the beach access everyday and that worked out great with all the stuff we had to carry. We had no issues and would love to stay there again!

The house was perfect and well kempt. All the neighbors and the while community was very welcoming and hospitable. 10/10 recommend staying at this perfect beach getaway.
