Cozy house w/ privet Pool

The house is very well located, with restaurants nearby and in a safe neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool because it’s still cold, but the backyard was the best part; my dogs really enjoyed it.The living room is spacious and comfortable. The only thing to mention is that the lamps in the master bedroom are made of glass and can break easily, and the pantry chairs need to be tightened because they are loose.The house is definitely worth it, especially if you have dogs or kids. I loved the backyard.

This house was fabulous and exceeded our needs and expectations. It was everything we needed and more. It was very clean and the pool had just been cleaned and the grass recently mowed.Viktoriia was the perfect host and communicated efficiently .

My husband and I came into town for The Players Championship tournament. This location was perfect for us, close to many golf courses, a shopping center and the highway. The property was very clean and well kept. The patio furniture and area was recently upgraded and in very nice condition. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and the beds were very comfy.

Great little house, had everything I needed. Relaxing pool-side was amazing! My only suggestion is to have outdoor furniture other than 2 chairs by the pool. The weather was gorgeous and I would have liked to sit outside and work.

The house was nice but the advertised heated pool heater was not working and was a huge disappointment. The patio furniture was in such disarray it wasn’t useable. The pictures online were not totally accurate. The inside was good but the outside was not what was advertised. Ask questions before renting

We have family all around Jacksonville Southside, Nocatee, Mandarin, and Clay county. This location was perfect to see everyone. The property is well stocked with everything we needed. Pool was super cute and a favorite for my kids. Would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very comfortable and clean. The back yard was beautiful with an amazing pool. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The only problem we had was the heating of the pool. It was listed as a heated pool, but when we arrived mid February the water temperature was only 63 degrees and took a few weeks to reach 80. Unfortunately the weather was very cool and didn’t help to heat the water. That is not the owners fault, they can’t do anything about the weather. I would recommend this property.
